As the Lead Product Manager at Fixel AI, I have been responsible for scaling a zero-to-one product into a massive communication platform with over 20 million Monthly Active Users (MAU).
Key Achievements
- Scaling to 20M+ MAU: Successfully grew the product from an initial 40k MAU to over 20 million through strategic product launches and user acquisition initiatives.
- Leadership: Managed a diverse team of 23, including 13 Software Engineers, 1 Product Designer, and 8 cross-functional partners.
- Broadcast Chats: Launched Broadcast Chats, which directly contributed to 12 million+ MAU and the creation of over 1 million chats across Facebook and Messenger.
- Private Chats & Regulatory Strategy: Drove the product strategy to overcome complex regulatory challenges, enabling the launch of Private Chats and gaining an additional 2 million MAU.
- FB Events Integration: Led the integration of Chats into FB Events, resulting in a 30% increase in MAU for that segment (totaling 6 million MAU).
- Data-Driven Decisions: Managed multiple A/B tests to refine product strategy and drive evidence-based decision-making.
